I am writing to share how incredibly happy my parents and I have been with the outstanding support and kindness shown by Emily Aitken.

We first met Emily over a year ago when my parents were beginning their search to relocate to Walkerton. From the very first interaction, she was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. My parents had many questions throughout the process, and Emily took the time to answer every single one with clarity, warmth, and genuine care. Thanks to her dedication, they were able to secure their new home at Eastridge this past spring.

What has impressed us most is that Emily’s support did not end once the move was complete. She has continued to be a friendly, familiar face and a welcomed presence at Eastridge. Her ongoing efforts to ensure tenants feel comfortable, supported, and truly at home have made a meaningful difference. Everyone we speak to feels exactly the same way about her.

Emily has played a major role in fostering a sense of community within the building—something that can be hard to find. From organizing social gatherings and craft nights to pickleball evenings and more, she has gone above and beyond to create opportunities for residents to connect and enjoy their home. Her dedication has not gone unnoticed, and it is clear that Eastridge is incredibly fortunate to have her.

My parents and I are sincerely grateful for everything Emily has done and continues to do. She is a true asset to WT Living, and we wanted to ensure her efforts were recognized.
